Menopace^® with Calcium is specially formulated to provide advanced support for women during the menopause who are looking to help maintain healthy, strong bones too. Menopace^®Calcium provides a unique all in one formula of 24 nutrients, combining the original Menopace^® multinutrients with 700mg of Calcium and 100mg Soya Isoflavone extract for EXTRA support. It can be taken alongside or independently of HRT.

As we age our bone density can decrease due to the natural reduction in our oestrogen levels, so it is especially important to make sure we are getting enough calcium in our diets to help maintain strong and healthy bones into later life.

Menopace^® Calcium provides 700mg calcium, plus magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3, which are important to help facilitate bone mineralization and the uptake of calcium. Based on the latest research, Menopace^® Calcium provides higher levels of ‘the sunshine vitamin’ D3 which is now known to play an essential role in many other areas of health, including the immune system.

With extra Soy Isoflavones - Soy is one of the richest natural sources of isoflavones, including diadzein, glycetine and genistein. These phyto-nutrients are widely recommended for women during later life. Menopace^® Calcium also includes zinc and magnesium, which are used by the body in the production of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) a precursor of the body's own hormone like substances which help regulate changes in hormone balance.

Overall vitality & wellbeing:
Menopace^®Calcium provides vitamin B complex, which is involved in the maintenance of the nervous system and has a well established role in maintaining brain function. Nutrients in the diet such as B Vitamins may also help contribute to a normal sense of well-being.

Oestrogen has a positive effect on the production of collagen, a key substance that forms part of the bone matrix and helps keep skin supple and taught. After the menopause, oestrogen production significantly declines and up to 30% of skin collagen may be lost within five years. Menopace^®Calcium includes vitamin C to help the body maintain collagen production, along with copper, zinc and other minerals important to collagen deposition.

Nutrients for heart health:
Lower oestrogen levels may influence heart and cardiovascular health in older women. Menopace^® Calcium includes antioxidants like natural mixed carotenoids, selenium and natural source vitamin E, to help prevent the unwanted oxidation of fat and cholesterol. Optimal levels of vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid also help maintain healthy lower levels of a blood amino acid called homocysteine that is independently linked with heart health.

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.
