 "I have been using coloursport lipstick for many years and was able to get it from Lloyds Pharmacy, but over a year ago I found they no longer stocked it so I have  been waiting and using up existing stock until  desperate last year when I put "coloursport lipstick" up on my computer screen and the result being that it was stocked by yourselves, so I will continue to order from you as required. May I ask that in any further small order that I ask for, that you do not ask for a signature of receipt of parcel as the postman called when I was out and left instructions for me to collect a parcel from the main post office in Hereford 8 miles away, It was an expensive parcel after paying your posstage and a 16 mile trip there and back to the main post office in Herford to collect"
