We have taken all reasonable efforts on the accuracy of product information on this site but make no warranties or representations of any kind on the accuracy of such information. Products displayed on this website can be ordered ONLINE ONLY.  On placing an order, you will receive an email stating that the order has been ‘processed’, ’declined’ or ’cancelled’.  This preliminary email does not guarantee delivery of the goods.  Goods are only confirmed as shipped when you receive a ‘completed’ email, meaning your order has been dispatched.  How and Where we deliver We mainly deliver within the UK, but we also offer international delivery to Europe and the US.  The website will show carriage costs for international delivery, once you have entered your postal address. In some circumstances if for any reason the shipping has been calculated inaccurately due to reasons of location or anything outside our control, we will inform you and propose a solution. Once received, your order is put together by our dedicated staff, and where appropriate, by our pharmacists who are members of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. Orders are generally dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier.  Royal Mail recorded or Couriers will require a signature, and will deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only.  Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches (e.g. due to stock levels, difficult to package goods, etc.). Every effort will be made to deliver within the time stated.  However, we accept no liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivery are not delivered on time, please contact us by phone (+44 01628 630 283) or email.  We will ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  Methods of Payment All prices are in pounds sterling (£UK). Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are acceptable. Ordering from outside of the UK, payment can only be accepted by credit card. Payment is normally debited from your account within 48 hours of your order. Cheques or Postal Orders can be accepted (instructions for this are emailed to you on acceptance of your order).  Goods will only be released on cleared funds.  Returns Policy We have a total satisfaction guarantee policy. If for any reason you are not happy with a product please contact us within 14 days of its arrival. Goods must be returned within 28 days of  arrival in their original packaging and must have not been tampered with in any way. A handling and management charge of 10% will be deducted from the value of returns. The handling and management charge will be waived if the products have been sent in error or are faulty. Please note we are unable to accept returns for medicines unless the items were incorrectly delivered or are faulty. This is due to regulations which prevent us from reselling any returned medicinal items. All returned items of this nature will be destroyed. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order.  The materials on the website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information which you provide and the record of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve the service we offer.  Any such use will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Links to other Websites The website may contain links to other websites which are not controlled or maintained by us.  These links are provided for your convenience only.  We are not responsible or liable for the content of those sites.  WEEE Regulations The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. • Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Altwood Pharmacy Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.  General We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, then the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. The supply of medicines to the USA is subject to the control of the US Customs and the FDA and this may result in delays or non-delivery of your order.  Any such delay or non-delivery will be the responsibility of the client. EU residents pay the UK VAT inclusive price. We reserve the right to modify our Terms & conditions subject to current laws. Errors and Omissions Excepted.
