Why use Clamelle?

The Clamelle Chlamydia service is an anonymous and convenient way to test and treat for chlamydia. There is no need to go to a GUM clinic or the doctor, no need to take time off work or risk meeting someone you'd rather not in the GUM clinic - just simply visit your pharmacist or buy a test kit on line.

The Clamelle test is a simple urine test, which you take in the privacy of your own home and post directly to the laboratory for analysis. You can get your result sent to you in the post within seven days or choose to return to the pharmacist to collect the result.

Clamelle Tablets are an antibiotic which treats Chlamydia and are available direct from your pharmacist, providing you have been tested for chlamydia and the pharmacist confirms the treatment is appropriate for you.

Take the Clamelle chlamydia test and results will be sent directly to you or a participating pharmacy within 7 days.

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.

**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.
