Cura-Heat are air-activated heat packs designed to provide targeted, temporary continuous warming relief to minor muscular, joint and abdominal aches and pains. Attached to the clothing/ underwear over the painful area the heat radiates through to the source of pain increasing circulation, decreasing stiffness and relaxing sore muscles.

Cura-Heat is available in a number of different formats:

• a small discreet rectangular heat pack designed for back and shoulder pain
• a rectangular heat pack formulated to maintain a lower temperature than Cura-Heat Back Pain for the delicate abdominal area for the abdominal spasms, cramps, aches and pains associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome
• a specially shaped heat pack for the lower abdomen/ lower back for the aches, discomfort and cramps associated with period pain.

The Cura-Heat heat pack contains the ingredients iron powder, water and salt. Once these ingredients come into contact with the oxygen in the air the ingredients oxidise and produce heat. The heat generated from the reaction of the ingredients has been specially formulated to ensure a constant and comforting heat.

Cura-Heat Safety and Usage Information:

If misused heat packs can cause burns even at low temperature. Follow product instructions and monitor frequently. To prevent the risk of burns:

• Never apply the heat packs directly to the skin
• Allow air to circulate over heat pack and do not apply pressure
• If the heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot remove immediately
• Do not use Cura-Heat over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken / bruised or irritated skin
• Do not use Cura-Heat whilst sleeping
• Do not use Cura-Heat in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/ near to other heat sources
• If you have: rheumatoid arthritis; poor circulation; nerve damage; sensory impairment; a skin condition; are diabetic or pregnant contact your doctor to make sure that heat therapy is appropriate for you

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.

**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.
