Wellman^® Optimuscle Recovery helps support muscle recovery after exercise. It has been formulated for those following intensive workout regimes to ensure optimal levels of nutrients important to the restoration of energy, rehydration and muscle recovery after intense exercise.

Whey Protein Isolate
Includes Whey Protein Isolate that reaches muscles fast for rapid recovery. Whey Protein is important for muscle recovery and when taken after a workout it can help to increase the levels of key amino acids in the blood which may help build muscle mass.

Key Amino Acids
Wellman^® Optimuscle Recovery includes a rich source of essential amino acids including L-Glutamine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine to help support muscles after training.

Muscle Building Creatine
Post workout is the most beneficial time to take Creatine for several reasons. Creatine nutritionally supports muscles in manufacturing Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), which stores and transports energy in cells. It also helps to build muscle mass and cut recovery time between workouts. As well as muscle-heavy disciplines, Creatine can also improve short-burst activities such as running, cycling and swimming.

Electrolytes
Athletes and heavy exercisers lose a lot of fluids through sweating, including a loss of electrolytes especially those involved in long endurance events lasting several hours. These electrolytes, particularly sodium and potassium salts are included in Wellman^® Optimuscle Recovery. They are needed by the body for the proper functioning of muscles and nerves.

Recommended Use
Add 50g powder (1 serving- approx. 1 heaped scoop) to 300-350 ml of cold water and shake well. Take one serving following your workout. Average 30 servings per tub. Makes a delicious, excellent tasting cookies & vanilla flavoured shake.

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.
