How Otex Express Combi Pack Works

The Combi pack contains Otex Express Ear Drops to disperse ear wax and a gentle, easy-to-use bulb syringe to cleanse the ear of any remaining drops or ear wax. There are two simple steps:

Step one:
Use Otex Express drops for 3 or 4 days. This will soften the build-up of hard ear wax and help to break it down into small pieces.

Step two:
After using the ear drops for 3 to 4 days, gently cleanse the ear by rinsing with the easy-to-use bulb syringe. Fill the syringe with warm water and then gently squeeze the water into the opening of the ear canal, allowing the rinse to run out into a wash basin.

An independent clinical study¹ has shown that self-treatment with a bulb syringe, after initial wax softening using ear drops, can be an effective alternative to professional ear syringing by doctors in many cases. The Otex Combi pack is designed to give sufferers even more control to treat problem ear wax in the convenience of their own home.

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.

**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.
