Altwood Pharmacy Delivery Policy

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days)

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you (seeTracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, for a guaranteed Next Working Day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day.

International & Europe Delivery (7-14 Working Days)

Orders to International and European destinations are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For Service. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). Please be aware that you may be required to sign for the pacel.

Packaging :

All Orders are packaged discreetly and securely so that your products reach you in a pristeen condition. Please be sure to check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives and ensure that you have checked all the contents against your enclosed invoice.

 Delivery Terms and Conditions :

• If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail because either you have failed to collect or re-arrange delivery for your item or you have provided us with an innaccurate delivery address, a handling charge of £2.95 may be payable.
• Delivery confirmation is provided to us for every order by Royal Mail.

General Tips and Advice:

If a signature is required for your parcel and you are not available to do so,  Royal Mail will leave a "while you were out" card with instructions to collect your parcel or to re-arrange delivery.
