What is NICORETTE® Gum?

NICORETTE® Gum is a nicotine gum that allows you to actively control how much nicotine you use and when you use it. It is available in two different strengths:

Full Strength 4mg Gum: Suitable for those who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day.
Low Strength 2mg Gum: Suitable for those who smoke 20 cigarettes a day or less.

It’s important to choose the correct strength to suit your nicotine addiction.

How does it work?

When you chew NICORETTE® Gum it releases controlled amounts of nicotine into your body to help you deal with cravings and nicotine withdrawal symptoms. When you use nicotine gum correctly you can double your chances of stopping smoking successfully vs willpower alone.

How do I use the Gum?

To make sure you get the most from NICORETTE® Gum you should use the correct chewing technique:

How many pieces do I need?

Most people start by using between 8-12 and up to 15 pieces of nicotine gum each day. You should use the gum for at least three months and then gradually reduce the number of pieces you chew. If you start with the Full Strength 4mg Gum to deal with your nicotine addiction, you can switch to the Low Strength 2mg Gum during the reduction stage.

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 Working Days) Royal Mail Tracked

Orders dispatched using Standard Delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Standard Delivery orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked Service. This is a priority service with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on its journey to you. You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am and 5pm on your expected delivery day. (see Tracking My Order)

Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

For orders of less than £50 there will be a delivery charge of £2.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability)

Special Delivery Next Day (Next Working Day)**

This is our express delivery option and orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed next working day delivery. This service has a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow your orders progress on its journey to you (see Tracking My Order). You will be required to sign for the parcel so please ensure that you are available at your delivery address between 9am to 5pm on your expected delivery day.

Please be aware this service is not gauranteed on a Saturday in some areas and you item may be delivered on the following monday if ordered after 2pm on Thursday.

**If for some unforseen reason we cannot dispatch you order for next day delivery we will inform you either by phone or e-mail, by 3pm on the day you place your order,using the details you provide us with.
